A woman-owned boutique for bookkeeping and invoicing
hello@luxebookkeepinggroup.com
Woman-owned boutique · Bookkeeping and invoicing · Nationwide

You finished the job. The invoice shouldn't wait until 9 p.m.

I work with service businesses that bill their customers. My small team and I send your invoices and keep your books up to date, and once a month I walk you through your numbers in plain English. One flat monthly fee. Nobody to hire.

No obligation. Month to month. One flat monthly price.

I never handle your money
What I do

Here's what I take off your plate.

01

I send your invoices

They go out on time, under your business name. Your customers still pay you directly. Included in The Signature.

02

I keep your books

Every month I sort what came in and what went out, and make sure it matches your bank statement.

03

I explain your numbers

You get a one-page snapshot and a call with me, so you're never guessing where your money stands.

Who I work with

Service businesses that send invoices and wait to be paid.

If you do the work first and bill for it later, and there's no one in the office keeping up with it, I built this for you. I work with owners all over the country by phone, video and email.

You do your own books at night or on weekends
Invoices go out late because the work comes first
You aren't sure who owes you money right now

The owners I work with most

Contractors and trades. Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, roofing, remodeling.
Home and property services. Landscaping, pool care, cleaning, pest control.
Consultants, agencies and freelancers. Anyone billing business clients by project or retainer.
Services billed monthly. Childcare, tutoring, studios and memberships.

Do your customers pay at the counter? Then you don't need invoicing. The Essential takes care of your monthly books.

Why owners need this

If the paperwork is behind, you're in good company.

What that means for you

The work gets done. Then the invoice goes out late, the books slip, and nobody has time to look at who still owes money. That's fixable, and it's what I do.

How you bill is linked to how late you get paid

Share of small businesses with overdue invoices, by payment terms
Businesses that give customers 30 days to pay55%
Businesses that ask for payment right away26%

That's why The Signature includes a look at how you ask to be paid: deposits, a card on file, and clear terms on every invoice. The research shows a link, not a guarantee, and your terms are always your call.

How I make your life easier

What changes when I take it over.

Invoices go out late, or not at all

Invoices sent on a schedule

You finish the job and the invoice goes out. You don't have to think about it.

The books are months behind

Books reconciled every month

Your numbers stay current, so nothing piles up on you.

No clear view of who owes you

A snapshot and a sit-down

One page shows who owes you and for how long. We talk it through, and you decide what happens next.

Tax season is a scramble

A tax-ready file at year end

Your tax professional gets clean, organized records. Don't have one? I can introduce you to an independent, licensed tax professional I trust. I don't prepare tax returns or give tax advice.

Why a person, not just AI

Software can sort your transactions. It can't sit down with you.

AI is good at data entry

One 2026 industry review puts AI bookkeeping at 85 to 95 percent accuracy for straightforward businesses. I use good software too.

Owners still want to hand it off

In a 2026 survey, half of owners already used AI tools, and bookkeeping was still the first task they wanted off their plate.

Someone has to answer for it

A tool won't notice what's odd in your business, explain it to you, or own the result. I will.

How I compare

More included than the national services list, at a comparable price.

I looked up what four national online bookkeeping services charge. Here's how I compare.

National online services Luxe Bookkeeping Group
Monthly bookkeeping $199 to $399 a month at the three with published prices $299 a month
Bookkeeping plus invoicing Not listed in any standard plan. One offers receivables as an add-on, from $549 a month combined. One offers it by custom quote only. $599 a month
Scheduled monthly call Not listed in the standard plans Included in both packages
Onboarding fee From $1,000 per project at one service None when your books are current. $350 one time for a brand-new business.
Who you work with A team or an assigned bookkeeper The founder, as your one point of contact

Based on the public pricing pages of four national online bookkeeping services, checked October 10, 2026. Their prices and features change, some plans have revenue limits, and a lower-priced plan may suit a very small business. Confirm current details with each provider.

More affordable than hiring

Your books and invoicing, at a fraction of what an employee costs.

Monthly cost, side by side

U.S. dollars per month
Full-time bookkeeping clerk, wages only$4,220
Luxe Bookkeeping Group, The Signature$599
Luxe Bookkeeping Group, The Essential$299
Hiring a bookkeeping clerk Luxe Bookkeeping Group
Monthly cost About $4,220 in wages alone $299 or $599 flat
Payroll taxes and benefits On top of wages None
Training, sick days, turnover Yours to manage None
Commitment A hire Month to month, 30 days' notice

Wage figure is the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics median annual pay for bookkeeping, accounting and auditing clerks, $50,670 as of May 2025, divided by 12. A full-time employee works more hours than a monthly service, so this compares cost, not hours. It is an illustration, not a guarantee of savings.

What you are paying for

Here's exactly what you get.

My time and attention

A real person on your books every month, looking for anything that seems off and walking you through it on a call. You can text or email me any day of the week, and I aim to get back to you within one business day.

Your tools stay yours

I work in the software you already use. If you don't have any, I'll set it up in your business's name. The account and the data are yours, you pay the software company directly, and you keep all of it if we ever part ways.

What I don't do, and who can

I don't do tax returns, tax or legal advice, payroll, debt collection, patient billing or insurance claims, forming your company, or handling your money. When you need one of those, see my trusted network below.

How I work differently

What's different about working with me.

A boutique, not a call center

We're a small practice and we keep our partner list short. I'm your one point of contact, and I review your work before you see it.

I send your invoices too

The national plans I compared didn't list invoicing in a standard package. The Signature includes it.

A real conversation every month

Every month we get on a call and I walk you through your numbers in plain English. It's in both packages.

Text or email me directly

You reach me, not a help desk, any day of the week. I aim to reply within one business day.

Your tools stay yours

I work in your software, in your business's name. You keep the accounts and the data if we ever part ways.

I stay in my lane

I'll tell you straight what I don't do, and introduce you to a licensed professional who does.

My promise to every partner

Done right, on time, and in writing.

This is the standard I hold myself to. It's also written into the agreement we both sign.

Introductions are a courtesy, not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee. Each professional is independent of Luxe Bookkeeping Group. You choose whether to hire them, and you engage and pay them directly. I do not provide their services, supervise their work, collect debts or place accounts for collection, or sell insurance or loans. I am not paid for introductions. If that ever changes, I will tell you in writing before you hire anyone. I share your information with a professional only with your permission.

Woman-owned · Arizona
Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Amanda.

I've spent more than eight years in billing, accounts receivable and revenue operations, across insurance, healthcare and public safety organizations. I hold a B.S. in Business Management.

I started Luxe Bookkeeping Group because small and mid-size businesses deserve the same careful back office a big company has, without paying for a full-time hire. I care most about quality and organization: every number in its place, every month, on time. We're a boutique practice with a small team and a short partner list, and I review every file. You work directly with me.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask first.

Are you a CPA?

No. Luxe Bookkeeping Group is a bookkeeping and invoicing service, not a CPA firm. I don't perform audits, reviews or compilations.

Do you do my taxes?

No. I keep your books tax-ready and hand an organized file to your tax professional, who prepares and files your return. If you don't have one, I can introduce you to an independent, licensed tax professional from my trusted network. You engage and pay them directly.

Do you collect from customers who haven't paid?

No. I'm not a collection agency. I show you exactly who owes you and for how long, and you decide what to do.

Do you have access to my money?

No. Customers pay you directly, and I never receive, hold or move funds.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Arizona and work with business owners anywhere in the United States by phone, video and email.

How do I get started?

Email me and we'll set up a free 15-minute review. If we're a fit, I send your exact monthly price and a simple agreement. Work begins once you've signed.

What do you need from me each month?

Access to your bookkeeping software, view-only bank access wherever your bank allows it, and quick answers when I have a question about a transaction. For invoicing, I need the details of each job you've finished.

Is there a contract?

A simple written agreement that spells out what I do and don't do. It's month to month. Either of us can end services with 30 days' written notice.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, because the work for that month is reserved for you.

Start with a free 15-minute review.

We'll look at how you invoice and keep your books today, and I'll tell you plainly whether I can help. No pressure, and no obligation either way.
